Return Policy
We cater to each and every individual however, return is possible in the case of any kind of defect in the product. We also understand that it may be possible that you do not love the product as much as we do, in which case we will gladly process your exchange.

We will process your exchange in the case you do not like the purchase you made. We hope that you will love the product you chose instead. However, please note that we have to incur the shipping costs in the case of exchanges, so we only allow one exchange per customer.

Order Cancellation
Our goal is to ship all orders in less than 1 business day. If you need to cancel an order, let us know ASAP. You can cancel your order on your own via account login or order confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost) if the package is returned unopened.
