We know you are going to love our products, but we also know the challenges you face buying clothing items and accessories online. Therefore, we offer a 10 days return and exchange policy, but here is the full scoop before you make a purchase. Please email email@example.com with any questions or queries.
Sorry, we do not refund or exchange used articles. If you have any questions about an article(s), please let us know prior to purchase – we are happy to help find the perfect article for you. We also have a pretty robust advice service!
We cater to each and every individual however, return is possible in the case of any kind of defect in the product. We also understand that it may be possible that you do not love the product as much as we do, in which case we will gladly process your exchange.
We will process your exchange in the case you do not like the purchase you made. We hope that you will love the product you chose instead. However, please note that we have to incur the shipping costs in the case of exchanges, so we only allow one exchange per customer.
Our goal is to ship all orders in less than 1 business day. If you need to cancel an order, let us know ASAP. You can cancel your order on your own via account login or order confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost) if the package is returned unopened. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please type: “CANCEL ORDER” in the email’s subject line so we can identify the order and cancel it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Errors | Order Discrepancy, Damaged Item, Incorrect Address
Sorry, our bad. We always strive for perfection, but we are humans after all. Please inform us of any shipping error within 10 days of the delivery date at email@example.com and we will make sure to get the issue squared away ASAP. If an incorrect address is provided and we receive the order back, we will provide one complimentary reship.
